About Me
Having got ill in my early 20s and recovering through using herbal remedies, it is now my mission to connect you with high quality herbs so you too can return to your natural state of health and vitality.
I work with the premise that the body knows how to heal itself, and that herbs can be an excellent catalyst for this, as my own personal story has demonstrated.
Why Biodynamic?
When choosing the herbs for my tinctures, I wanted to work with growers whose values reflected my own. That's why I source my herbs from a trusted biodynamic farm in the UK who cultivate their plants with care and respect.
I have long been inspired by the work of Rudolf Steiner, whose holistic vision of agriculture sees the farm as a living, interconnected ecosystem. Biodynamic farming encourages healthy soils, biodiversity, and a thoughtful relationship with the rhythms of nature, and I believe that herbs grown in healthy, vibrant soil provide the best possible foundation for the best herbal preparations.

Herbs are generally very well tolerated, however challenges can arise when taking pharmaceuticals alongside them for which I have the adequate training to be able to deal with and know how to safely manage any possible contraindications.

Of course! Herbs are powerful medicinal agents and can affect great healing responses in the body. Conditions that are particularly benefitted by herbal medicine include digestive issues, anxiety, high blood pressure, insomnia, fatigue, hormonal imbalances and skin issues.

This is of course case dependent but generally speaking herbs do take a little longer to build up in your system and start to rebalance things as compared to taking a pharmaceutical drug where the change can be almost instant. Having said that, sometimes you will instantly notice their effect and so this is only a general rule. When taking a naturopathic approach to healing disease it does typically take longer and can require more commitment from you, but it leads to deeper healing in the end.
